Hi…. there is someone there?

IMG_0949

Do you know of any technique for stress normalization under less extreme precision parameters than the trim applied to the left arm veins?

That the memory does not collapse the CPU more of the 70%, considering that I have like 15 things to do, four nights of sleeplessness, two boys desperate to leave of walk, a wedding that I can not lose ... and a kind of disenchantment with respect to the Thickness of style in the layout at the screen level.

…if it's not too much to ask.

Hi Jesus, the comment does not bother me at all. It does not look like spam and I know it does not come from you.

It's part of the folklore of the web, that's why I let it happen.

Look, sometimes we ourselves contribute to increasing our stress levels. I suggest you PRIORITIZE your activities; because unfortunately you will not be able to do EVERYTHING. Accept this terrible reality, friend. Unless you clone yourself and still, you wouldn't be the one who attended all the events ...

The next thing is to choose the type of activity that you will use to relax, I don't know which one you prefer ... and FORCED to assign a time to it in your agenda. Your health will thank you.

hummm a Cuban friend of my sister always says in these situations "relax and cooperate" I don't know very well if it will help you... if not... it may be that she makes you feel a little more relaxed, her name is Mart'nália and I bring her to you from Brazil… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdEDjHcVjfU see if it helps!

Kisses from the south of Iberia!
