Eventually, the Cadastral Institute of Lima (ICL) conducts training in cadastral and GIS matters, with which it seeks to certify personnel who can provide their services under official standards while constituting a technical basis for government transition processes. The ILC is a decentralized public body of the metropolitan municipality of Lima, with legal status of Internal public law and with administrative, economic and technical autonomy.
The ILC develops cadastral surveying, updating and cadastral maintenance operations; provides cadastral, cartographic and implementation services and development of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applied to the municipal and national cadastre.
It is interesting that these courses go beyond the mere execution of the survey and include administrative aspects inherent to the process such as the planning, formulation, design and monitoring of cadastral projects.

Train in the planning, formulation, design, control and monitoring of cadastral projects. At the end of the course, the participant will be able to follow up on a cadastral project, its evaluation, obtaining critical routes, determination of corrective measures and the use of specialized software. - Aimed at:

Train in alphanumeric cadastral processing techniques, using specialized software (siscat). At the end of the course, the participant will gain knowledge in the management of the siscat, income modification, cancellation, queries, reports, massive data processing, made with the cadastral system, system restrictions, consistencies and the existing relationship between the cadastral information and the municipal corporation. - Aimed at:
