Spain, the second country in Europe to have street views

It is already a reality, although it has announced for tomorrow 28 November, the official launch, as of today, street views have begun to be seen in at least four cities in Spain:

  • Madrid
  • Barcelona
  • Valencia
  • Sevilla

With this, Google demonstrates its high interest in the Hispanic market, as Spain becomes the second country in Europe to have street views, apart from being Europe the first continent where there is more than one country with this privilege. The other countries are the United States, Japan and Australia, which with France and Spain add up to 5… that we know of.

Although not many views have been uploaded, in the case of Madrid you can already see the blue zone where you can see them, and there is an example of the intersection of Compositor Francisco Alonso and Pedro Heredia streets. Hehe, here the matter gets good because until now Google had not worked with names as long as those that are presented in our Hispanic countries, they used to be 1 st, 3 Ave, Lincoln st ... and now they will have to make adaptations to the mashup because the whole poem is not read.

Although in Google maps you cannot see all of them yet, in Google Earth they are already available. This is an example from Madrid.

In Google Maps mania are showing some more examples, and the information is expected to be completed at night and the rest of tomorrow.
